The personas within Unloop use names and descriptive titles such as "therapist," "Dr.," and "Doctor" for conversational purposes only. These terms do not imply any medical degree, psychological license, clinical certification, or professional credential. The AI is a software program — it cannot be licensed, credentialed, or held to any professional standard of care. No communication within Unloop constitutes a therapeutic relationship, a clinical encounter, or professional advice of any kind. You are interacting with software, not a person. By using Unloop you acknowledge and accept this distinction.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You may not share your account or use another person's account. You may delete your account at any time from the Profile page.
You agree not to use Unloop in any way that is harmful, fraudulent, or illegal, and not to attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or misuse the service.
The content of your sessions belongs to you. We do not claim ownership over what you share. See our Privacy Policy for details on how session content is stored and protected.
We aim to keep Unloop available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service with reasonable notice.
Unloop is provided as-is. We are not liable for any outcomes — emotional, financial, relational, or otherwise — that result from your use of the app. By creating an account, you waive any and all claims against Unloop LLC and its creators, officers, and affiliates to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, including claims arising from your use of or reliance on any content, coaching, or AI-generated responses within the app.
